The prevalence of anxiety syndrome in people with chronic non-communicable diseases in real clinical practice

Objective : to study of the features spread anxiety syndrome in patients with chronic non-communicable diseases (CNCD) outpatient practice. Materials and methods included persons both sexes over 18 years age who visited facilities a large industrial center Eastern Siberia summer 2022. Diagnosis NCDs was established according modern clinical guidelines. The examined were divided into two groups. first group without NCDs, second concomitant NCDs. psycho-emotional state assessed using Spielberger-Khanin test separate determination levels personal situational anxiety. Statistical data analysis carried out Statistica 12.0 software package (StatSoft Inc., USA). Results level statistically significantly higher compared individuals somatic pathology. In NCD, them, significant increase median scores for low moderately expressed moderate high revealed. CND, more often observed comparison CND. Conclusion prevalence syndrome, especially NCD network is quite reaches 93%, which requires solution issue practical psychiatric care these patients.
